Refund Policy

This is an online learning and training programme; this promotional course is for 2.5 hours per day for a three-day course. You will learn how to trade Forex with a strategy, trading skills, trading rules, trading disciplines, etc. The programme does not require previous trading experience, so we will start from basic to trading skill level.

To be eligible for a refund, if the attendee feels the programme does not meet their needs, we will refund the full payment after the first 2.5 hours. If the attendee does not need to stop the programme after the 1st lesson, then we will not refund the programme fee after the 1st of 2.5 hours of the lesson.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, usually between 3- 5 working days.
